Colorful Costumes

Judianna Makovsky did an incredible job designing the costumes in the Hunger Games. They are in high contrast ~ monotones juxtaposed with vibrant color. I {of course} prefer the bright and colorful costumes; most of which are over the top and spectacular. It would be really fun to check out the details of each costume close up.
